Guar Gum
The Guar or cluster bean, with the botanical name Cyamopsis tetragonoloba, is an annual legume and the source of guar gum.Guar is a native to the Indian subcontinent and one of the most significant crops for farmers in arid areas in India. The crop is mainly grown in the dry habitats of Rajasthan, Haryana, Gujarat and Punjab.

It performs various functions, such as thickening,emulsifying, stabilizing, and gelling.
